In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "kv44", "we", "us", "our" refers to the kv44 platform, its operators, and their authorised representatives.
• "Platform" means the kv44 website at kv44.io, including all subpages, applications, and services made available through it.
• "User", "you", "your" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by an eligible person on the Platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or other wagering product offered through the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or non-cash incentives credited to an Account under the terms of a kv44 promotion.
• "Real Money Balance" means actual deposited funds held in a User's Account, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" means UTC+6, the time zone used as reference for all kv44 operational and deadline purposes.

By completing the kv44 registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox, you represent that you have read these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy in full, and that you agree to be legally bound by all of them.

Your continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. kv44 will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any Wager on the Platform. This is a strict requirement and is non-negotiable. kv44 employs both automated and manual age verification processes. Any Account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and all funds held in the Account forfeited in accordance with responsible gaming obligations.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is operated and made available to users located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. kv44 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use outside Bangladesh.

3.3 Registration Accuracy

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. kv44 reserves the right to suspend any Account where the registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

3.4 One Account Rule

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited regardless of the device, payment method, or email address used. Where duplicate accounts are identified, kv44 will close all duplicate accounts, retain any outstanding bonus balances, and may apply a withdrawal hold pending investigation.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. kv44 will treat any activity conducted through your Account as having been authorised by you.

4.2 Suspicious Activity

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact kv44 support immediately at [email protected]. kv44 will investigate all reports of unauthorised access promptly, but accepts no liability for losses incurred before notification is received.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

kv44 may at any time request that you submit documentation to verify your identity, age, address, or source of funds. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, and recent utility bill or bank statement. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by kv44 may result in a withdrawal hold or Account suspension.

4.4 Account Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting kv44 support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after deduction of pending wager settlements will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure unless they have already met all applicable Wagering Requirements.

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

kv44 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for users in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). kv44 does not accept cryptocurrency or international credit card transactions at this time.

5.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and account verification level. kv44 will communicate applicable limits within the Account dashboard.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted before 18:00 BST on a business day are typically processed within 24 hours. Requests submitted after this cut-off or on weekends will be processed on the next available business day. kv44 reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of identity or source-of-funds verification.

5.4 Own Funds Only

You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that are sourced from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and the transaction flagged. kv44 reserves the right to suspend any Account where third-party funding is detected.

kv44 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bet credits. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. The following general conditions apply to all kv44 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to verified Account holders who have met the eligibility criteria for each specific offer.
• Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements as stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, the default Wagering Requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Wagering Requirements must be satisfied using real-money wagers. Free spins winnings and bonus funds are credited as Bonus Funds until wagering conditions are met.
• kv44 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to void bonus credits and associated winnings where promotional abuse is detected.
• Only one promotional offer may be active per Account at any given time unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash prior to meeting all applicable Wagering Requirements.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the kv44 sportsbook are subject to acceptance by kv44. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet reference number in the Platform interface. kv44 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.

7.2 Odds and Pricing Errors

In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous — whether due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure — kv44 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Account holder. kv44 will not honour winnings derived from manifestly incorrect odds.

7.3 Event Cancellation and Postponement

If a sporting event on which a bet has been placed is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the originally scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. For multi-leg accumulator bets, the voided selection will be treated as a non-runner and the accumulator recalculated accordingly.

7.4 In-Play Betting

In-play bets are subject to a brief suspension period during which kv44 updates pricing to reflect real-time match conditions. Bets submitted during a suspension period will be queued and accepted at the updated price, or returned if no price is available. kv44 accepts no liability for connectivity issues that delay bet submission during live events.

Casino games available on the kv44 Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and virtual table games — are provided by third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All games use certified random number generator (RNG) technology and operate at published Return to Player (RTP) percentages.

kv44 does not alter game outcomes, RTP settings, or game mechanics. The published RTP for each game reflects the theoretical long-term payout percentage as certified by the software provider. Individual session results will naturally deviate from theoretical averages.

In the event of a game malfunction — including disconnection during a live dealer session, software error, or incomplete round — kv44 will apply the following resolution policy: where a round cannot be completed, the stake will be returned to the Account. kv44 is not liable for any winnings that cannot be verified as resulting from a completed, valid game round.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kv44 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes, share hole-card information in poker, or coordinate betting patterns for guaranteed profit.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to extract guaranteed profit.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity that corrupts the integrity of a sporting event on which kv44 offers markets.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Providing false identification or age documentation during the verification process.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or other tool to conceal your geographic location.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kv44 customer support personnel or other users.

All content on the kv44 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of kv44 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without kv44's prior written consent.

kv44's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to kv44 processing your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

kv44 collects and processes personal data including identity documents, contact information, financial transaction records, and betting history for the purposes of account administration, age and identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. kv44 does not sell personal data to third parties.

kv44 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available to all Account holders directly from the Account dashboard.

Nothing in these Terms limits kv44's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

kv44 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect user rights or obligations — kv44 will provide at least 7 days' notice via email and/or in-platform notification before the revised Terms take effect.

Non-material changes, such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, may be made without notice and take effect immediately upon publication. The version date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

These Terms & Conditions are drafted in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of contract law. kv44 operates this Platform as an online entertainment service. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
